高等分析化學(二) [Advance Analytical Chemistry (II)]

The goal of this course is to discuss some advanced separation science and technology for chemical analysis. It will be concentrated on the topic of sample preparation and quality assurance. Most of them are referred from the recently published literatures of the analytical journal. The contents are as the following:
I. Sample pretreatment: statistics of sampling; dissolving sample for analysis; sample preparation techniques.
II. Quality assurance: method development and optimization; methods validation; quality assessment; errors in chemical analyses.
III. Separation methods: overview of analytical separations; affinity chromatography; size exclusion chromatography; supercritical fluid chromatography; principle and theory of electrophoresis; capillary electrophoresis; capillary isoelectric focusing; micellar electrokinetic chromatography; capillary gel electrophoresis; capillary electrochromatography; field flow fractionation.
IV. Molecular recognition: bioassays; biosensors; DNA binding arrays.
V. Validation of new bioanalytical methods.
